In the real estate market on Roatan today, you need someone who is on your side, an advocate, someone you can trust when buying or selling in a foreign market such as the Bay Islands and Roatan. That person is me, Phil Weir.

Regardless of whether I am the listing agent or not, I am a member of the Roatan Realtor's Association and the Roatan MLS and I can service you with all of your Roatan real estate needs. Having been first licensed in Aspen, Colorado in 1977, I have been in the real estate business for 30 years.

I have lived on Roatan for 17 years, first working in the diving business with Anthony's Key Resort. In 2002, I opened Roatan Life Real Estate and now have two offices: one at Anthony's Key Resort and one at the West Bay Mall. I am also partners in Roatan Life Property Management and Vacation Rentals. As one of the founding members of the Roatan Realtors Association and I am currently the Association's President.

I am one of the few Realtors on Roatan that currently holds an active real estate broker's license in the United States as I am an associate broker with Morris and Fyrwald Real Estate in Aspen, Colorado, member of the Aspen Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and of the Certified International Property Specialist Network.

Over the past few years I have ranked consistently in the top 5 in sales of all Realtors on Roatan. I am married to a wonderful woman from Roatan named Patti and have two wonderful children named Robbie and Ashley. I am very much a part of the local community here having served as past President of the Roatan Bilingual School PTA, and currently a board member of the Palmetto Plantation Homeowners Association.
